Three Duhawks named All-IIAC, Bahl All-Region

The Iowa Conference announced the 2008 All-Conference teams Tuesday. Three Duhawks found their names listed. The local sister tandem of Stacy and Michelle Bahl, along with Brodhead, Wisconsin native Kate Earleywine were each named to the second team. Stacy, a senior, has been on the list three times in her career. This was Michelle's first selection as a sophomore. Strikeout record-holder Earleywine was also a second team selection in 2007.

Also on Tuesday, the Duhawks learned that Michelle Bahl, who hit safely in 19 of Loras' 26 games, was named to the Louisville Slugger NFCA third team All-Midwest Region squad. Michelle led the Duhawks in hits, total bases, batting average, on base percentage, and doubles.
