Murray named IIAC Player of the Week

Loras College senior goalkeeper Torey Murray of Des Moines, Iowa was named the Iowa Conference's Female Athlete of the Week and the women's soccer Player of the Week following her performance against #1 Wheaton College on Saturday, September 13th.
Murray made eight saves in shutting out the Thunder and helping the Duhawks past the country's number one team and two-time defending national champion. It was the first time the Thunder had been shutout since the opening game of the 2004 season.
