ACCOMPLISHMENTS/HONORS:
- Scored 1,070 points in his basketball career, despite playing in only 63 games for the second lowest total among the 32 1,000 point club members.
- Helped lead the Duhawks to the 1967 Midland Conference championship with an 18-10 record under head coach Gerry Potts.
- Became the school's first outdoor track & field all-American with a second place finish in the 440-yard dash at the 1967 NCAA Championships in Ogden, Utah.
