Inducted: 1986 Years at Loras: 1956-60 Sport: Basketball	ACCOMPLISHMENTS/HONORS: Loras' all-time leading scorer, with 1,798 points in just 95 games. The school's all-time leading free-throw shooter (434). Frasco broke the school records for career field goals and scoring average. Guided the Duhawks to a 17-5 record during the 1958-59 season averaging 19.7 points per game.
