ACCOMPLISHMENTS/HONORS:
- The first women's basketball player to earn a spot in the Loras Athletic Hall of Fame, Coyle played in only 55 games for the Duhawks from 1981 to 1983 before an injury ended her career.
- First Loras women's basketball player to score 1,000 points.
- At the time of her graduation, she held school records for career points (1,102) and career rebounds (513) in spite of playing just two and one-half seasons with the team.
- A three-time NAIA 15 Player of the Week selection, she holds Loras single-season records for scoring average (22.0) and points (528) during the 1981-82 season.
- Coyle help lead the Duhawks to their best-ever record, and only the second winning record in the previous sevens years of the program, with an 18-6 mark in 1982-83. The Duhawks gained national respectability that same season as Loras beat NCAA I Loyola University and Coyle ranked among the national leaders in scoring and field goal percentage.
