WILLIAM CASHEN

• A fearless leader on the football field, Cashen help pace Loras to a 7-1 finish in 1921 and a perfect 7-0 finish in 1922.
• Captained the 1923-24 basketball squad that finished 9-11.
• Following graduation, Cashen went on to become one of the most successful high school football coaches in Wisconsin history, leading Arcadia High School to 15 conference championships, including 12 undefeated season during his 39 years as head coach.
• His success on the sidelines at Arcadia was rewarded after his retirement when he was named to the Wisconsin Coaches Hall of Fame.
