Loras College Cheerleading
Loras College has started a new and exciting cheerleading program for the first time in 7 years. Loras cheerleaders will only perform at Home football games and at Home men’s and women’s basketball games. Cheerleaders also participate in activities during homecoming week and other school functions throughout the year.
The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.
-Vince Lombardi
Tryouts
The squad will be determined on the basis of two annual tryouts usually held in the spring for current Loras students and then one in the summer for incoming freshman. The number on the squad will change inevitably from year to year. For more information please contact coach Melissa Lavenz.
