We are experiencing technical difficulties with our Seismic Station.
At this time, current readings are not avialable.

Iowa's first and oldest seismic station.  

Click on one of the machines below and you will view a snapshot of the output (snapshots update automatically every 5 minutes).  Keep in mind you will have to manually refresh the page to get the new image. If a large earthquake were to occur, we will try to post the snapshot image on the site. Enjoy!
