Jim Theisen

Jim Theisen has been a member of the Board of Regents since October 2003.  He is currently the CEO and President of Theisen Supply Inc., the headquarters company for Theisen Home, Farm and Auto, which has 17 retail locations in Iowa.  Theisen employs 600 people. 

His family started the business in 1927, and he began working there in 1956.  He is a founding director of the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque.  He is also a past president of both Hospice of Dubuque and Boy & Girls Club of Dubuque.  Mr. Theisen is an alumnus of Loras College.
