James Bear James Bear has been a member of the board since October 2000. In 2006, he became Senior VP and CFO for the Krystal Company, a large fast food chain in the South. Before joining the Krystal Company, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Steak ‘n Shake Company. During his 25 years there, he played a major role in the company’s growth. He was involved with finance and planning, accounting and information technology, administration, investor relations, purchasing and distribution and construction. Upon his graduation from Loras in 1967, he joined Pricewaterhouse Coopers. |
