David Spahn

David Spahn joined the Board of Regents in October 2001. He has been the President and a Partner at Dubuque Stamping & Mfg., Inc., since 1992. Previously, he held the position of Vice President at 1st National Bank of Dubuque. Mr. Spahn is past president of the Loras Club of Dubuque, and served on the National Alumni Board from 1992-1994. He graduated from Loras in 1971, beginning his career as a Federal Bank Examiner at the National Credit Union Administration. His son, Matt, graduated from Loras in 2002.
