In August, all first year students participated in the
Launch into Loras program

Loras achieved unprecedented success as its Mock Trial Team finished
4th in the nation behind Harvard, Virginia and Texas

Loras athletic teams won conference championships in Men's Soccer,
Men's Basketball and Men;s indoor Track and Field (the most since Loras
rejoined the conference in 1986)

Many students have taken part in Lead 4 Loras, a four-tiered leadership
program which allows students to explore social change leadership in their
community; one tier of this program asks students to use their new knowledge
with Dance Marathon, an annual event that raises money for the Children's Miracle Network and the Children's Hospital at the University of Iowa.
