Since 2001 the Kucera Center has worked with the Archdiocese of Dubuque to sponsor a series of Pastoral Leadership Study Days.  Usually held twice per year, these events bring together over 300 people from across the Archdiocese involved in pastoral ministry for a day of study, discussion, and reflection. 

Each day is devoted to a particular theme and features talks by national experts in the area.  Previous themes include Social Outreach, The Eucharist, Multiculturalism and Evangelization, Catechesis, and The Consistent Ethic of Life.
