Arts & Culture Task Force

Learning through the Arts is an Arts and Culture Series developed to extend
the liberal arts mission of Loras College by offering an outstanding selection
of fine arts presentations and lectures to all students, faculty, and staff, and
to the tri-state community. 

The principal goal of the series is to help audiences learn about themselves
and others through the arts. To reach this goal, the College designs a diverse
and educationally rich schedule of artistic events.

Feb.17, 2012 – Through the Eyes of Supercomputers, Heitkamp Planetarium, 7 p.m.

Feb.25, 2012 – Great River Wind Ensemble, Fieldhouse

March 10, 2012 – Wind Ensemble Winter Concert, Fieldhouse, 7 p.m.

Mar. 16, 2012 – Black Holes Don’t Suck, Heitkamp Planetarium, 7 p.m.

Mar. 30, 2012 – Music Honor Day Concert, Fieldhouse, 6 p.m.

Mar 30 & 31, 2012 – Loras Players present THE MOUSETRAP, St. Joseph Aud., 7:30 p.m. General Admission-$12, Seniors & Students-$8.
