Loras College Siblings Weekend 2011 Questions & Answers Some of our more frequently asked questions are: · Do we need to register for the Siblings Weekend events? There is no need to register for any of this weekend’s activities. · What do we do for meals? Guests can purchase meals with cash at either the Cafeteria or the Pub. Students on a meal plan also have three guest passes to use throughout the semester in the Cafeteria, and may also use their Duhawk dollars to purchase meals for guests; meal swipes will not be allowed for this purpose. The Duhawk Market is available to grab a quick snack or coffee, etc. Adjusted costs for meals for siblings in the Cafeteria are as follows: Children ages 2-5 Age 6 and older o Breakfast $3.50 $4.75 o Lunch $4.25 $6.25 o Dinner $4.50 $6.50 o Sunday Brunch $4.75 $7.50 · Are there overnight accommodations on campus? Students may host siblings in their room with permission from the area coordinator, with the exception of siblings of the opposite sex who are 14 and older (students may make arrangements for siblings age 14 and older of the opposite sex to stay with a Loras student of the same sex – again, they must obtain permission from the area coordinator). · What movie are you showing? The movie will be chosen sometime in January when the new releases are available – check our website for updates.
