In 2007 & 2008, LCTV 13 received the Iowa Broadcast News Association's highest award  

1st Place - Overall Excellence   

LCTV is divided into three areas:

• From the Boulevard - Dubuque's only television newscast, completely produced by Loras students. Named best collegiate newscast in Iowa, by the Iowa Broadcast News Association and the Iowa College Media Association.   
• SportsZONE - Loras’ own sports show, all you need to know about Duhawk athletics!  Named top college sports show in Iowa and the upper midwest region for two years running.     
• Live Sports - Live student produced broadcasts of Loras College sporting events.

Students are encouraged to get involved at any time during their college career.
